Custom orders

At least a third of our jewellery is made to order. We find the ‘one-to-one’ involved in this process creative and rewarding. So whether you have an idea you’d like to see realized, or you want the right combination of gemstones for a particular ‘ailment’/ life situation, or even if you just want a variation of something you’ve seen on the site, this is where you come to get it.

If you want matching earings for a necklace, please email us about which necklace you want to match, and what you had in mind.

Our custom orders depend on a dialog between us and the customer, either by phone or email. Once we have all the information we need from you, we’ll email you photographs of necklace samples for you to choose from.

The design of the necklace, the wording of the jewellery card**, as well as the final cost will be agreed on before any money changes hands.

* Length will be approximate because of the variable size of the stones. The best way to choose length is to measure the size of a favourite necklace. If buying for someone else try to judge the size of their neck as small medium or large and decide where you would like the necklace to sit. Length also depends on build and height of the individual. Please remember, these lengths are only guides.

** If the necklace is being ordered as a present, the recipient’s name can be handwritten on the back of the jewellery card ie. DESIGNED AND MADE ESPECIALLY FOR ... etc.

Please use the following form to describe your order. Before we begin work we will discuss the design in detail, but your initial answers will give us an idea of the kind of design you are interested in.

Price range. No necklace will be made without a prior agreement on price.

Kinds of stones to use. If you don't know the names of the stones you can suggest a colour or range of colours
